What Apex One is

Apex One is self-custodial software that lets you interact with the Solana network from your own device. We provide the software. We do not hold, control, transmit or have access to your funds, and we are not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter or financial adviser.

Your responsibilities

• Keeping your recovery phrase safe and private. Anyone who has it controls your funds.
• Checking every transaction before you approve it. Confirmed blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else.
• Complying with the laws that apply where you live, including any tax obligations arising from your activity.
• Being at least 18 years old.

Risk

Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose money, including everything you put in. Nothing in the app — token information, scores, or assistant answers — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. Third-party applications you connect to are not operated by us and carry their own risks.

Availability and liability

The software is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and network conditions are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the software, from lost recovery phrases, or from transactions you authorise.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app before it takes effect.
